a great show!

Hi everyone, I just wanted to thank you so much again for coming to the show last night at Bank Street Coffee House! I know some of you weren't able to stay all night, but it was a pleasure all the same. I was accompanied by my good friend Frank Brocklehurst (bass) and Kola Aina (guitar and vocals). We had a great time playing music and can't wait to do it again!

My favorite part, I must say, is kids making art (which they very generously let me keep). Music, art and coffee, always a winning combination!

Here are more pictures from last night's show, taken by my good friend, Victor Suwatch. I don't know if this facebook link will work, but let's give it a try... I'll also post some videos sometime this week to my facebook and youtube page.

Upcoming shows? Not too many, but I will be playing this coming Saturday from 10-11 a.m. at the Village Center for the Arts in New Milford. They're a wonderful non-profit organization near and dear to my heart and they're having an all day open house. Please do stop by that day! I will also be playing in part of an all-women's art show at the Freight Street Art Gallery in Waterbury, CT on March 24. Details to follow.

In the meantime, I'm all rolled up with other things! I recently had my first release on EnMass Music with the renowned DJ and producer, Randy Boyer for a song I wrote a few years ago, Always Missing. I'm also working on finishing up this latest album (hopefully to release by May 2012), and writing new material for the other band I'm in, Them Damn Hamiltons. So, lots of things are going on. But please feel free to get in touch, and I hope I'll see you soon!
